WHERE DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM?
Firemill processes personal data that you provide in connection with, among other things, orders, customer service issues or newsletter registration. We also collect data based on your purchases and how you use our services, and we may collect data from a third party. At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. You will also be asked about your financial circumstances. If you do not answer the questions or if Klarna finds that you do not have enough payment space to fulfill the payment commitment, Klarna reserves the right to refuse your application for partial payment. You will then instead receive an invoice for the purchase amount and Klarna’s payment terms for invoices will apply.
CARD PAYMENT
Payment via card is handled by Klarna Checkout and you can safely and free of charge choose to pay with VISA or MasterCard. No card numbers are stored by Raka Ryggar (Firemill).
BANK TRANSFER
Via Klarna, you can safely pay directly via your internet bank at SEB, Nordea or Handelsbanken.
CLEAR IMMEDIATELY
With Klarna Direkt, you pay easily and conveniently directly at the checkout by confirming with Mobile BankID. The money will be withdrawn from your account within two banking days after the goods have been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation by email when Klarna has received the payment.
If you have previously registered for direct payment with Klarna via My Klarna or in connection with a purchase, the bank account that you have linked to Klarna is visible with hidden numbers under the option “Klarna Direkt”. If you haven’t registered for direct payment yet, you can easily do so and confirm with Mobild BankID.

Deliveries and returns
Open purchase:
We apply a 30-day open purchase.
If you return Firemill in undamaged condition and in undamaged packaging to the address below within 30 days of receiving it, you will receive your money back.
You are responsible for the return shipping and it is important that you clearly state your address, telephone number, order number and where we should send the money. Preferably also an email address.
Delivery:
Firemill is delivered free of charge within Sweden with Postnord. Delivery takes place once a week, usually within 10 days of ordering.
Complaint:
